Plan by occasion
Each guide comes with a calculator that sizes the list to your guest count.
BBQ
Burgers, sides, drinks, ice and who brings the charcoal.
Potluck
A live sign-up sheet so you don’t end up with seven desserts.
Birthday party
Pizza, cake servings, decorations and party favors.
Picnic
Food that travels, drinks, blankets and the stuff people forget.
Game night
Snacks that won’t grease the cards, drinks and enough games.
Camping trip
Shared gear, water, food for the weekend and the firewood plan.
How it works
Start a plan
Pick the occasion and get a starter list sized to your guest count. Edit anything.
Send the link
Drop it in your group chat. Friends open it in their browser, no account needed.
Friends claim items
Everyone picks what and how much they’ll bring. Gaps stand out, so nothing gets forgotten.
Built for friend groups, not event companies
Private by default
Plans live behind a link only your group has. They never show up in search results or public listings.
Quantities that add up
Split 40 burgers across three people and see instantly whether you’re covered or short.
A reminder in one tap
Copy a ready-made message listing who’s bringing what, and paste it into any chat.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. BringList is free to use and supported by ads on the public guide pages. There are no ads inside your private plans.
Do my friends need an account or an app?
No. They open the link in any browser, add their name and claim what they’re bringing. Nothing to install and no password.
Who can see my plan?
Only people you send the link to. Plans aren’t listed anywhere, can’t be found through search engines, and the link contains a long random code that can’t be guessed.
How long do plans last?
Plans are deleted automatically 120 days after the last change. The organizer can also clear a plan at any time.
Can I use it for things other than food?
Yes. Any list of “who’s bringing what” works: camping gear, decorations, games, or supplies for a volunteer day.
Planning something this weekend?
It takes about a minute to set up.
